What you'll be doing:
- • Providing support to customers, service providers, and partners through outbound calls.
- Negotiating agreeable service rates for services rendered.
- • Helping to guarantee a smooth and empathetic customer experience.
- • Gathering and verifying all information with the Customer.
- Overseeing all aspects of a roadside service request case by reviewing all case details and responding to messages in a timely and effective manner.
Pay $9-$18/hr
What it takes to succeed:
- Outstanding problem-solving skills
- Patience, empathy - an ability to manage stress and work under pressure
- Proficiency in writing and verbal communication, with outstanding listening skills
- Ability to provide knowledgeable, friendly, and professional customer service
- Experience navigating and efficiently using program tools and software.
No degree necessary – great work from home opportunity for anyone who is ready to invest in themselves and work hard! To service a client you must pass a series of assessments, background checks and successfully complete a virtual certification course.Certification courses -can be as short as a few days or can last up to six weeks, depending on the complexity of the client program.
